On the 23 of February Rm22 had Glynn from Pita Pit to teach us about healthy eating. We learnt that Pita Pits bread is made up of only 4 ingredients. Those ingredients are flour, water, yeast and salt. Glynn told us the meat in their pita pits is not deep fried and it is called lean meat because it doesn't have any saturated fat but the meat is still full of protein and iron.
Pita Pits are always full of fresh fruit and vegetables as
well.
We learnt a lot about Healthy food.
