Ancient Greek art

Look at this fabulous work! One side is Ancient Greece and the other side is Havelock North. As you can see on our Ancient Greece side we could only use brown and blacks. It took us three days to make it this good. We did it with room 21 and theirs looks just as fabulous.(Sunshine)

Wig Wednesday

Thank you to everyone for supporting Wig Wednesday and helping Child Cancer. The school Council will let us know soon how much we raised.

Assembly Item

We had a lot of fun presenting our Assembly item today. 

We were showing the school our learning about growth mindsets and how to build our learning power.

We have been watching a series of videos about Mojo  so told the school about our learning.

Mistakes show you are trying

We haven't learnt it 'yet'.

Challenging your brain helps it grow.

We then danced to a song called 'The power of Yet' it is a Sesame Street song and we had a great time dancing to it. The message in this song is about the power of the word YET.
